Years ago it was difficult to create wooden sash windows with good energy-efficiency without opting for very thick glazing bars. Modern technology now allows our professionals to use one glazing unit per sash for double glazed sliding sash windows. We can produce a certificate if required. If you only need sashes replacing, opposed to the whole window, building regulations certificates are not required. There are certain limitations for some properties in conservation areas and listed buildings, which we are able to advise on.
